CCSM NEWS LETTER VOLUME 1
CATHOLIC CHARISMATIC SERVICES OF MONTREAL
JANUARY 2013
My dearly beloved, in order to love me truly, you must see others through My Eyes. When you look at another person, look carefully and try to see my presence, for I am present in all souls, even blackened ones. I am there. Look and you will see. This is one of the most extraordinary graces given by My Eternal Father to each of his children.
The light of God is present in each and every one of you. This is love and every soul has the capacity for love. When you see others, through My Eyes, you will feel love and this will touch your soul in a way in which you cannot deny. This love is real, yet you cannot see it or touch it. You will also find it difficult to explain to others. Yet it is there. If all of God’s children could honor My Father’s Divine Presence in the world, in His children, then peace would reign on earth. Seek love and you will find it. Take time to reflect on what I tell you now. The Light of God’s Love is like a shining star present in each soul. In some, it shines brightly and you can feel the love from that person envelope you. In others, it is, but a dim glimmer, hard to find, yet it is there nonetheless.
When you look at each other, think of it like this. God created each of you. You are brothers and sisters in His Eyes. It gives Him so much joy when he sees His children show love and respect for each other. When there is discord amongst each other, it causes hardship and suffering to others. He feels a terrible pain. It hurts Him when His children do not share His Love, the love through which they were created.
Remember when you hurt each other, you inflict the pain on God the Father, think twice the next time you judge another harshly or show hatred, towards them, it is displeasing to God.
Love others, treat them with respect, see them through the eyes of Jesus, and accept them with Love.
Put on the Armor of God
"First, I put on the Loin Girdle of Truth to stand against all devices of Satan and his demons. I know they are out to steal, defile, torment and destroy. But I know that greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. Father please give me the Divine knowledge, wisdom and discernment to detect the devil at work with his lies and secret workings. Help me hunger and follow only after truth. Help me not yield to the devil’s deceptions even when he appears as an angel of light."
"Next I put on the Breastplate of Righteousness. Lord, it is the righteousness of Jesus. I know I have none of my own. I am not only ‘justified’ but actually made righteousness by the shed blood of Jesus. I have truly been bought with His blood. Thank You now that there is no condemnation. I refuse to accept the devil’s condemnation for failure, for I have been forgiven even as I also forgive all who have sinned against me."
"I cover my feet with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace. I am in readiness and have made my peace with you Lord the peace that man can’t understand. I plant and keep my feet on your Word, which is Jesus Christ, the rock of my salvation. I receive your peace, for you have not given me a “spirit of fear,” and I refuse to receive fear - worry - unrest - bitterness - rejection – depression in the name of Jesus because it is not of God and I am His child."
"Above all I take the Shield of Faith as Paul instructed. In using the faith that you have given me, I can and do quench all of the fiery darts of the wicked that are hurled at me. In using my faith to stand I know that you are pleased. By faith I was saved. By faith I walk. By faith I stand. By faith I am healed. By faith I live and when it’s time for me to die I‘ll die standing in faith on your Word."
“Now Lord, I put on the Helmet of Salvation. My mind is covered by your salvation and the blood of Christ shed for me. I let your mind be my mind. Your thoughts shall be my thoughts. Let me say and do only what the Holy Spirit leads. I cast down the evil thoughts of the enemy. I watch for them, and see them for the evil they are. I resist them as they come. I direct my thoughts to victory in Jesus because the battle is yours Father.”
“Lastly I take the the Sword of the Spirit – the Holy Bible. I believe the Word of God, and continually confess it. It is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Father, help me stand against satanic powers with your Word.”
